There is a delay in obtaining 10ml vial bottles from our supplier. As a consequence, products in 10ml vials will be unavailable until late July, 2017. As soon as we receive the vials, this message will be deleted. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
A Note on Postage
We use Australia Post for mailing domestic and international orders, unless otherwise arranged. We always check postage calculations to ensure they are correct, and you will be notiified if there is a significant discrepancy.
INTERNATIONAL PARCEL TRACKING - You must choose the STANDARD, EXPRESS or COURIER service to allow your parcel to be tracked. ECONOMY AIR service does NOT include tracking.
International Customers who choose ECONOMY AIR - Depending on your location, the Australia Post website indicates that ECONOMY AIR delivery can take between 6-14 days. However our experience shows that it could take up to 4 weeks or more for delivery. It is impossible to track ECONOMY AIR parcels, so if your parcel does not arrive by the expected date, we are unable to assist you to locate it. We suggest you try contacting your local Postal Service for assistance.
For international parcels we recommend you choose STANDARD, EXPRESS or COURIER service as they all include tracking.
